HOW LONG AFTER PLACING MY ORDER DO YOU SHIP?

Orders are usually shipped within 5 days. Custom orders will have a longer prep time before shipping - this will be communicated via email.

DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS/EXCHANGES?

WHERE DOES YOUR PRODUCT COME FROM?

All cement candle vessels and home decor items are hand poured in house along with all soy candles.

WHAT ARE THE BASICS TO KEEP MY WOOD WICK CANDLE BURNING AS IT SHOULD?

Allow your candle to burn long enough to create a full pool of melted wax. DO NOT burn your candle for more than 3-4 hours at a time. TRIM YOUR WICK before relighting EVERY TIME, cutting off the charred/black part of the wick leaving it no longer than 1/4”. LAST BUT NOT LEAST; your wood wick takes longer than a cotton wick to fully catch the flame. Be patient as some wood wicks take up to 10 seconds or more to fully light.
